Tirtzah Bassel is a facilitator, educator, artist, and consultant who helps mission-driven organisations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and design meaningful learning experiences. Drawing on experience in nonprofit leadership, education and contemporary art, she combines strategic thinking, creative facilitation and deep listening to help leaders, teams, and communities clarify vision, build trust and create transformational change.

Tirtzah's grounding in pluralistic education runs deep. Early in her career she spent four years as an educator at the Nesiya Institute, and she went on to spend nine summers at the Brandeis Institute of Music and Art (BIMA), first as an educator and later as Assistant Director. She has also worked with the Dorot Fellowship. Across these roles she helped build learning environments that bring together people from radically different backgrounds, work that continues to shape how she designs pluralistic spaces today.

Tirtzah has partnered with organizations such as Prism, Gray Fellowship for Principal Excellence, Kavod v'Nichum and Moving Traditions, both independently and through her work with Insyte Partners, to lead inclusive visioning processes, develop leadership capacity, and design participatory professional development experiences. Her consulting is grounded in her extensive experience as an educator and executive, including roles as Vice President of Partnerships and Jewish Learning at OneTable and Program Director at Lippman Kanfer Foundation for Living Torah.

Alongside her consulting practice, she maintains an active international studio practice, bringing an artist's curiosity and willingness to question assumptions to everything she does, helping people see the familiar in new ways.
