Sophia (Soph) Sonnenfeldt was born in New York City and currently lives in Somerville, Massachusetts, where she is a second year rabbinical student. Between graduating from Williams and starting Hebrew College, Soph has spent time farming, teaching, learning about Jewish spirituality, and studying Talmud. She is especially passionate about Jewish education for learners of all ages, and has a deep interest in aging, grief, and what it means to be a human making meaning in the world.
When she is not working or in school, you can find her swimming, hiking, taking long Shabbat strolls, or cooking a feast for her loved ones.
