Team Democracy is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing polarization and strengthening trust in America’s democratic institutions, norms, and processes. The organization does not endorse political parties, candidates, or electoral outcomes.

Civics Credentialing is a nonpartisan initiative of Team Democracy that establishes shared standards and digital credentials recognizing civic knowledge, democratic norms, and institutional trust — without endorsing political parties, candidates, or outcomes.

Team Democracy accredits Campus Commons’ curriculum to provide Cohort Members with nationally recognized credentials in Dialogue, Listening, Collaboration, and Bridging that can be added to LinkedIn profiles, email signatures, resumes, and shared across professional networks.
