Isabel Lunken is the Assistant Manager of Campus Commons at The Bronfman Fellowship. Growing up in Baltimore, Isabel found a deep sense of belonging in Jewish community through her Conservative synagogue and summers at Jewish overnight camp. Those experiences impacted her understanding of Jewish community, relationships, and immersive experiences, which ultimately inspired her path into Jewish communal work.

Before joining Bronfman, Isabel worked at 4Front at the JCC of Greater Baltimore, where she designed and led programs centered on Jewish teen leadership, social innovation, and community building. She also participated in JCC Association of North America’s Merrin Teen Professional Fellowship, an experience that deepened her connection to the broader Jewish communal field and strengthened her commitment to working with young people and emerging leaders.

Isabel is eager to continue creating meaningful educational experiences, building authentic relationships, and helping young people explore how they want to engage with Jewish life and community. She earned her B.A. in Architectural Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and recently earned a Certificate in Organizational Leadership.
